Dynellis Talent is recruiting on behalf of a growing premium food and drink business seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the next stage of its growth.

This is a broad operational role, working closely with senior leadership to improve processes, oversee day-to-day operations and ensure teams, systems and projects run efficiently. The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple priorities, identifying opportunities for improvement and building effective working relationships across the business.

• Oversee day-to-day operations. 
• Review and improve operational processes and workflows. 
• Monitor operational performance, reporting and key business metrics. 
• Support business change and continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Coordinate cross-functional projects. 
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

• Previous experience in operations management, business management or project management. 
• Experience within food & drink, FMCG or another fast-paced commercial environment would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with business systems and reporting tools.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
